Make your way inside this versatile spot to discover a setting that's textbook industrial-chic. The menu may be slightly motley, featuring everything from cornbread madeleines to foie gras-bibimbap, so if you're having trouble deciding, opt for the seven-course tasting. Not only is it an incredible value but also affords diners the opportunity to tour the kitchen's greatest hits, like seared Scottish salmon with a cauliflower caponata and spicy white shrimp ceviche. A warm maitake mushroom salad with goat cheese is a staff favorite for good reason.
